Welcome to Accurate Records Desk. These terms govern the provision of bookkeeping and related offerings at accrecdesk.com.

1. Introduction

By engaging with Accurate Records Desk, you agree to abide by these terms. Please review them carefully.

2. Definitions

Services refers to bookkeeping offerings as described in section 3.1.

Digital Publications refers to downloadable materials such as guides and templates (section 3.2).

Physical Items refers to printed materials or equipment (section 3.3).

3. Scope of Offerings

3.1 Bookkeeping Services

Accurate Records Desk provides professional record-keeping support to document daily transactions, prepare periodic summaries, and maintain organized ledgers.

3.2 Digital Publications

Clients may purchase downloadable resources, including manuals and spreadsheets, to assist with record-keeping tasks.

3.3 Physical Items

Printed manuals, stationery, and related tools may be ordered online for delivery.

5. Fees and Payment

All charges are invoiced in advance. Payment methods accepted include credit card and bank transfer. Payment must be completed before work commences or before digital access is granted.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

For any scheduled service session, clients must notify at least 48 hours in advance to arrange a different date. Late notifications may result in loss of the session credit.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Full refunds are available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and no work has started. Once work has commenced, no refunds are issued. However, clients may reschedule unused session hours within 30 days of the original date.

7.2 Digital Publications

Due to the nature of digital downloads, access is final once a file is retrieved. If a file is defective or nonfunctional, clients may request a refund within 3 days of download. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

7.3 Physical Items

Clients may ship back unused items within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. Items must be in original condition. Shipping costs are covered by the client unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receipt of the item.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Accurate Records Desk will perform services with reasonable care. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific offering.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ottawa.
